Kamloops Beekeepers to Participate in Pollinator Festival

Kamloops, BC – The Kamloops Beekeepers association will be participating in the upcoming Kamloops Pollinator Festival, scheduled to take place on Friday, May 17th.

The event will be held at the site of the Kamloops Farmers Market, located on the 200 block of St. Paul Street, and will run from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Members of the Kamloops Beekeepers will be present to engage with the public, offering information and answering questions related to beekeeping, the importance of pollinators, and their role in local ecosystems. The association’s participation aims to educate the community on the significance of bees and other pollinators and to promote practices that support their health and habitats.

The Kamloops Pollinator Festival provides a valuable platform for residents to learn more about these essential creatures and how they contribute to food security and biodiversity. The Kamloops Beekeepers encourage interested individuals to attend and visit their display.
